⭐️レイキ・クリスタルグリッド (Crystal Grid)

レイキ・クリスタルグリッドとは、ヒーリングストーンを幾何学模様に置き、カップの中にヒーリングしてもらいたい人の名前を書いた紙を入れておきます。何枚入れても構いません。そして１０分ほどレイキエナジーをクリスタルにアチューンメントします。そうするとその日はずっとレイキのエナジーが紙に書いた人のところに流れます。

今日はレイキシェアミーティングで、ヒーリングしたい人の名前をみんなで書いてカップに入れました。紙に書いた人たちが、たくさん癒されますように。

You can place healing stones in a geometric pattern and write the name of the person you want to heal and put it in a cup. You can put as many as you like. Then attune Reiki Energy to the crystals for about 10 minutes. Then the person whose name you wrote on the paper will get healing energy the whole day.

Today at the Reiki Share Meeting, we all wrote the names of the people we wanted to heal and put them in the cup. Wishing those people healed greatly.
